Bedrooms

• Change linens (wash when unit allows)
• Dust dressers and night stands
• Wipe down surfaces
• Clean closets
• Clean remotes and door handles
• Empty trash cans and replace liners
• Remake and fluff bed
• Check under bed & tables 
• Sweep vacuum and /or mop bedroom floors
• Stock bedroom with client amenities (when required)
• Tidy up (general room art, mirrors, etc)
• Prepare room for next guest’s experience

Bathrooms

• Replace dirty towels (wash when available)
• Clean mirrors 
• Clean and disinfect surfaces
• Clean and disinfect bathtub and shower areas
• Clean and disinfect toilet inside and out
• Empty trashcans and replace liners
• Replace soap, shampoo etc (if applicable)
• Place clean towels etc in bathroom for next guest
• Sweep, vacuum and/or mop bathroom floors  

Kitchen & Common Areas

• Clean tables chairs cupboards and shelves
• Arrange kitchen supplies neatly
• Clean & dust windowsills
• Wipe down appliances
• Wash & put away dishes
• Wipe down furniture 
• Dust light fixtures and lamps
• Clean seating areas couches etc
• Sweep, vacuum and / or mop floors
• Wipe down door handles and common area surfaces 
• Check under beds and furniture
• Arrange common area items such as magazines and books neatly
• Final Walk through upon exit
• Look for items on floor
• Double check to ensure clean & inviting living space
• Check & tidy up curtains, pillows and throw blankets
• Remove cleaning products
• Turn off lights and lock property
